Bish's RV review: No customer service and unprofessional

We purchased an Alliance Valor 27 T14 on 3/18/26 but found out right away that service or communications after the sale are non-existant. We had issues at the time we picked up our RV in that we were promised a ladder and table but we only received the ladder because we went to the parts department on a different issue. We went on our first camp on 3/20/26 and had issues with the refridgerator not cooling below 50 degrees. Since we still hadn't received a copy of our final contract with all the information on who to call for issues I had to call the salesman to get the number for RVFix. We still do not have a working refridgerator and we have multiple trips planned that were booked a year ago. I've called, texted and emailed multiple times and never get a response. This is unacceptable!The people in the parts department know nothing of this RV. We asked many questions and they said they would ask the rep and get back to us. We are of course still waiting. They even messed up our contract a few times. I thought they were supposed to know how to fill out DMV transfer paperwork and the warranty agreements. Nope! They pushed us to sign up for RV Fix but there is the same issue, no return calls. We have an issue now with the breakaway cable and must have it replaced before we can even tow the trailer. Everyone promises to call back by end of day but of course they never say which day. Both the salesman and the sales manager stated that they had been in the industry for over 10 years, but my guess is that they have never had a repeat customer since once the sale is done, they are done with you.
