Belle Tire review: Tune up

1: 3/9/2026: Take truck in for tune up (plugs, wires, Coils.) See Chris
2: 3/23/26: Take truck back idling rough. See Cris he states no problem.
Observations:
3/24/2026: So, I look at engine at home and see that one of the Coil Packs are “Zip Tied” to the engine and is loose.
Question: Why was I told all looked good, they did not find any issue. But the was a Loose Zip Tied Coil pack! And the truck still idled rough? And why was I not advised the broke off a bolt!?
4: 3/31/26: Go to Bell Tire show Chris Picture of Zip Tie, he does not seem surprised and states he will order a new one they must have lost the bolt. (what kind of professionalism is that?)
5: 4/1/2026: Had to pay a friend ( I cannot keep taking off work) to take truck in and get the Pack fixed. He waits for truck, and Nate gives him some B.S story about how that 6.2 burns hot and that happens.
I get home and check the job, and there’s a 3” bolt out of Pack, that’s unprofessional, looks like it’s been “Rigged” and will not look good when I sell it! ( I will loose money)
It needs to be drilled and re-Tapped.
The Truck still idles rough, and with the shotty job and situation I been though. I have to ask, is there a plug that was cracked, or a wrong Gap, did the lose coil pack hurt the engine, did they cause a Vacuumed leak?

I would like answers, and the correct fix, and I am prepared to take this situation as far as it needs to go..
