Bealls review: customer service/checkout

I went to the check out at Beall's in Westgate Mall, and the lady who checked me out is Tina. I don't have my own Beall's account, and when she asked me if I wanted to sign up, I said, no thank you. Not today. She asked me in a very rude tone of voice, "You don't want to sign up today and save money for yourself"? I told her I had an account under my mother's name, and when I put in my mother's phone #, I accidentally hit the cancel button. In a tacky tone of voice she said, "It came up as nobody" as if I was stupid. She needs to be taught proper customer service and how to speak nicely to customers.
