Barclays Bank review: Withdrawal and false information

I was involved in a recovery process of lost funds due to trading transactions and my money was recovered. I was told that someone from Barclays bank will help me to with the process of receiving my funds and the lady by the name of Marina Alberto, ID Number US-DEC-[protected], she told me to send email directly to Baclay's Bank and I must explain the delays i've been having with my recovery withdrawal of witch I did on the email that i've sent.
I received an email that says I must contact support regarding the matter, I contacted them and I was informed that the is a fee of $200 that must be paid before my funds can be deposited into my account and this fee is for VAT CODE and it is a requirement that is in accordance with applicable financial regulations and serves to validate and authorize high-value transactions, ensuring full compliance with tax and banking standards.
I then asked them if this VAT CODE fee is fully paid is there any other fee that will be required from me and the answer was no, as soon as they validate the VAT CODE my funds will immediately be transferred into my account, and they assured me because I asked them over again if they are sure that the is no other fee and they said no other fee.
I paid for this fee and when it was time to realize my funds now, they are telling me that I must pay $600 for (KYC) of which i've asked them many times that what other fee is there after the vat code and all the answers was there is nothing to pay.
I feel that the bank is not being honest as ive asked this many times and they never mentioned to me anything about this KYC fee and if this fee is also paid, they will still demand more money from me if they are hiding all this information from the customer
The sad part is that support is not even responding to my emails, I do have all the emails that were sent to them and their response
Can someone please look into this situation and revert back with the right information about this issue
