It has been over a year since I paid an estimated amount for a colonoscopy. I have been calling and emailing with no avail. Finally today after making 3 calls, 1 quickly said there was a refund coming but couldn't send me confirmation so I called again. This time I was asking for a manager and then I was transferred to a Refund team, they said a refund was in the works. Don't Give UP! The last person from the refund team sent me an email showing there was a refund in the process. I also contacted my insurance company to let them know. They were also contacting them but I got through first. So, if you need support, contact your insurance company also. Nobody should be double paid. I don't know if the doctors realize this is being done.
