Bajaj Finserv review: Regarding unexpected loan charges

I am writing to formally request the removal of an unexpected charge on my loan. I purchased an AC in September 2016, with the loan processed through Bajaj Finance. The original loan tenure was 10 months, with a monthly installment of ₹3,130, which I completed in full.( lone acount no. 4010CD25686949).
After 10 years, I was surprised to receive a notice stating that I still owe ₹22,575 due to some unspecified balance charges. I did not receive any prior communication or reminders from Bajaj Finance throughout this period. Since I am currently applying for loan, this charge is adversely affecting my credit approval. I kindly request you to review this matter and remove the amount from my account at the earliest. I would appreciate a prompt response, as I need to resolve this within my loan application timeline.
