On Ocober 2, 2025 I received a email from the Theresa Caputo fan club saying buy your tickets before everyone else does, click here... Clicked it and purchased two front row tickets to the Orlando, Florida venue at the Plaza. Paid $384.60. Immediately after that purchase sent a email to support @ axsmarketplace.com Email titled Theresa Caputo Orlando Florida Order #[protected] (Catherine Harris) 2-Tickets asking please assign me the end of the row seats since I am handicap. Never heard back from them, figured I would wait for the night of the venue. Here it is, tonight is the night.. I went to find my tickets and cannot. Called customer service, chatted with customer service, they forwarded me my tickets (October 3, 2025 in Victoria, BC) wait what? No my tickets are for tonight in Orlando, Florida. They say, no they were for Victoria, BC October 3, 2025 sorry about your luck. They see the email that I sent that they did not respond to that clearly says ORLANDO, FLORIDA they see that the tickets in Canada were never scanned, but sorry No refund, no tickets for Orlando's show I waited a year for her to come back to Orlando.
Over two hours on the phone and in chat, Sorry about your luck! Bad customer service and a almost $400 lesson learned not to EVER buy tickets from AXS again.
