I buy 6 to 10 packs of the mentioned product every week. Over the last several months, I have been disappointed to find that on opening the packs, almost every cracker is smashed. Of the entire week's shopping, I am fortunate to find 3 crackers intact. I see this every single week.

I am aware that customers do occasionally knock products to the floor, but this consistency suggests systematic intent rather than carelessness.

I hope you will be able to find a way to encourage staff to take more care while handling products.
