I sent in my PS5 because it was broken, and somehow Asurion managed to make the situation even worse, which I didn’t think was possible. Instead of actually telling me anything, they sent it back to me factory‑reset, like wiping my entire system was some kind of solution.

No explanation.

Just a blank console and a shrug.
