Allegiant Air review: Terrible airline do not use them!

My flight was canceled on the same day we were scheduled to leave.

They did not offer to reschedule the flight. We have hotel reservations, rental car, and thousands in park tickets all pre paid for and non refundable.

This airline just cancels the flight last minute and leaves you completely screwed.

They don't answer the phone at customer service, they've hung up on me 4 times. And the hold time says over 2 hours. They obviously don't care about their customers.

We are in panic mode with zero options and left in the dark with no information. Just told to call the airline... and the airline couldn't care less.
