Very disappointed with the service.
I clearly requested a refund only for my return flight (Tashkent to Sharjah) during my call with Ms. Fatma, as I still needed to travel on 3rd April. However, due to a misunderstanding, the refund was processed for both flights.
This is not acceptable, as I urgently need to travel and this mistake has seriously affected my plans.
I expect immediate action to resolve this issue and a proper explanation of how such an error occurred.
