Agoda stated they booked us a hotel for the following dates.

Arrival: April 2, 2026
Departure: April 5, 2026

When we checked into the hotel the booking was only for

Arrival: April 2, 2026
Departure: April 4, 2026

This left us stranded without a placed to stay for the last day of our trip. As this was in a very busy area during spring break, other accommodations were not available. When we reached out to Agoda they stated that they could still accommodated our booking and check in as normal. Considering we got this email on 4/8 I'm not sure how they expect us to time travel? Probably going to dispute the charge with my credit card since we did not get what we paid for and Agoda is not being helpful.

Agoda lied about our booking and didn't even bother to try and make things right.
