I used MyUS UK / Access USA Shipping to forward a parcel (Bowers & Wilkins PX8 S2 headphones).
It arrived at their UK facility on 14 Oct 2025 (PID 03-723-2116, Ship Request 01-175-7317) and has been marked “In Process†ever since.
Support agents admitted in writing that the parcel was lost and later “foundâ€, yet they refused to release or ship it. Their UK phone line never answers, and WhatsApp support repeats “please wait 1–2 business days†before closing chats with no follow-up.
After researching online, I found similar reports from customers who had items go missing at the MyUS UK warehouse.
I’ve filed reports with Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, and Action Fraud UK.
This is not a one-time issue — it’s a recurring pattern that looks like systemic mishandling and complete lack of accountability.
Recommendation: Avoid MyUS UK entirely. Their UK operation shows signs of negligence or worse — unresponsive support, disappearing parcels, and no accountability. Use other forwarders such as ForwardVia or Reship instead.
