I am experiencing a serious issue with my Abetap AB-X81Y-RW2V camera. The camera initially records motion events normally, but after some time (usually within 24 hours), it completely stops detecting motion and recording videos, while the live view continues to work without any issue.
The only way to restore motion detection is to manually disable and enable it again from the app. I have already tried factory reset, restarting the camera, formatting the memory card, and even testing multiple cameras of the same model, all with the same problem.
Additionally, the official support email is not working and the website contact form is broken. This makes it impossible to get proper support. I need a permanent solution because the camera is currently unreliable for security use.
