I used the app and I was texted that someone was on the way at 8:51am today 3/18/26. 1.5 hours go by and no communication from driver at all. S nice lady called and said driver would be there between 10:30 to 11:30am and he would call. Never called or showed up. This is the worst service I have ever had from AAA in 20 years as a premier member. I won’t ge renewing my membership in a couple of months. Terrible service all the way around.
