I order the product from the company called Schmiut (Order no: B2800150294) on 11 April 2026. the tracking number under the company17TRACK (LM134958377CN).

When I try to locate the product, the status of the track stated that it has arrived in The South Africa airport on the 23-04-2026 but yet I not received any call or email of confirmation that my product is still on its way.

Claimed loss: I have loossed an amount of R1.500 buying a product that seems like it does not exist

Desired outcome: kindly requesting to know which company in South Africa will be handling my product delivery, I need to do follow up with them.
