I don't know why it's so hard to cancel a subscription. There's a whole different site to do it, and when I tried on there, it wouldn't let me. It's absolutely ridiculous, and it's a total scam. It should be way easier to deactivate an account.

I was on chat and said that I wished to cancel it and they said they couldn't give me a refund, so I repeated what I saw from reading this, and repeatedly said I would contact the bank in order to cancel the charge since I did not consent to it, and after a few times, they finally agreed to refund my account. Just push them and they will eventually give in. Threaten them with real action like that.

I had the same problem. I was charged a total of $33.79. I know exactly where I went wrong. I accidentally accepted the box to upgrade me to a full month membership. I proceeded to cancel my account or accounts through the online chat, I requested I refunded and was offered special deals. The lady told me that due to terms and services she would not be able to refund me; after some googling and reading some on this topic I decided I decided to call the customer support. I was on the phone for 30 minutes, at first I was told no refund could be done, then I was told I could have one free month, and then I was told I could have two free months. I knew I would eventually get some sort of refund so I kept on the line, eventually I was told I could be refunded 50% of my purchase and this was a one time deal. I knew that was complete bs but it was better than nothing. After being put on hold I was told that I would be refunded a total of $12.25 or something like that, which is not 50%. But nonetheless I took it, not taking any chances. Moral: Don't pay for porn, and especially not from brazzers FML.
